By accessing or using Na Your Chance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use Na Your Chance, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of Nigeria or permitted jurisdiction
  • Have a valid BVN or NIN
  • Not be prohibited from participating in lottery/raffle activities

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per person is permitted

4. Wallet and Payments

  • Funds added to your wallet are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Minimum deposit: ₦500
  • Maximum deposit: ₦500,000 per transaction
  • Winnings are credited to your wallet
  • Withdrawal processing: 1-3 business days

5. Raffle Participation

  • Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Winners are selected using certified random number generation
  • Prizes must be claimed within 90 days of draw date
  • We reserve the right to verify winner eligibility
  • Prizes are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use automated systems or bots
  • Engage in fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to manipulate draws
  • Share account credentials
  • Use the platform for money laundering

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on Na Your Chance belong to us or our licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Technical failures beyond our control
  • Losses from unauthorized account access
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria
  • Nigerian law governs these terms

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Extended inactivity (12+ months)

11. Responsible Gaming

We promote responsible gaming:

  • Set spending limits
  • Take breaks when needed
  • Seek help if gambling becomes a problem
